A few words about us
The padel spot club is a space for modern padel sports facilities.
Particular emphasis has been placed on the modern aesthetics and design of our spaces but also on the quality of our courts, so that the user feels pleasant and comfortable during the game. Our goal is to encourage more and more people to get to know the world of padel and become a way of life as it is a sport that combines teamwork, fun, aerobic exercise and enhances socialization!
The story of Padel
The padel was invented in 1969 in Las Brizas, a house owned by Enrique Corcuera in Puerto de Acapulco, Mexico, where it was named "Paddle Corcuera".
To date, padel is the most popular sport in Spain as well as in Argentina, while its rapid spread has already begun in Europe and other continents.
The first professional tournament started in 2005 with the name Padel Pro Tour (ppt). Now to date, the best and most important tournament is the World Padel Tour (WPT) which started in Spain
and has been conducted in other countries such as Portugal, Argentina and Dubai.
How it is played
The pantel is usually played with 4 players, 2 on each side. The score is exactly the same as tennis. The service is done from low and the ball should not exceed the height of the hips. The serving player must let the ball bounce once on his court and then hit it to the opposite side.
